The Queen’s Jest was an immersive Regency fantasy soirée designed for lovers of storytelling, mischief, and magic. Hosted within the grandeur of a historic mansion, the afternoon invited guests to step beyond the ordinary and embrace their creativity - whether Formal, Fantasy, Regency-Flair, Regency-Historical, Queens, and Drag Queen attire!
We started the afternoon with tea and dainties in the mansion, and invited attendees to step to the Open Mic and share their talents!
We learned how to dance in regency era form on the blue and white checkered dance floor!
We cheered one another on while walking the cat walk for the fashion show to impress the Queens!
We joined the Queens in audience for the Jester performance and Drama re-enactment on the veranda!
And we sprawled on the lawn under the shades of the trees and gardens, breathing in the late Spring air! It was magical!
